If you need to return an item, simply create a returns request within 30 days of your order date, and we'll promptly send you a return label. Please note that all online orders must be returned through this process to ensure accurate and timely processing. If your order was ordered more than 30 days ago, contact our team for help with this return. |
Place your item(s) into the original parcel bag and post it back to PUMA. If you are using the original box/satchel, please remove or completely cover/obscure the original shipping label. |
Once your items have been received, the value of the returned items will be refunded via the original payment method. Please note refunds may take 3-5 days to process from date of reception in our facilities. |

I can't create a return, what can I do?
It takes up to 48 hours for our system to make a return label available after reception of your parcel. If your order number shows as not available in the return portal, please try again at a later stage. If after 48 hours your order number is still showing as "can't be found", please contact our customer service team.
I want to return an item but don't have the original box/satchel, what can I do?
Don't worry, you can return your items in any weather-proof satchel or box. Most post offices provide these.
Can I return an online order to a PUMA store?
Unfortunately, online purchases made via our website cannot be returned in-store.
You can start a return by following the steps highlighted in our returns process to complete the return.

An item is faulty, what can I do?
We're sorry to hear you have received a faulty item. At PUMA we back the quality of our product, if you have received a faulty item, please contact us as soon as, so our team can help assist with this issue.
Can I return an item bought in store via the online portal?
No, any items purchased in store must be returned to a store. To find your nearest PUMA store, please visit our store finder.
I bought from a store (not the online store) and the item is faulty! How do I return the item?
Sorry to hear there is an issue with your PUMA product. Please direct any faulty returns to the original place of purchase for review. Unfortunately, the PUMA online store cannot process returns or exchanges for items bought from another store.
How long does a return take to be processed?
Returns can take up to 14 business days to be processed from the date the parcel has been received by the warehouse.
All returns will be processed back onto the same payment method you used to purchase. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
