After use, follow these steps:
By rinsing your Modibodi gear in cold water and wringing out the gusset, you remove the blood from the absorption packs. Wait until the water runs clear, and only then is it ready for washing. If you skip this step, there is a chance the fluids will not fully wash out.
Put in the washing machine or hand wash at cold temperatures only. High temperatures can affect the quality of your PUMA x MODIBODI product.
