We continue to monitor the circumstances on a country by country basis, and can confirm that the health and safety of our customers and employees is our top priority. With that in mind, we can share the following updates as to the status of our business here in Australia and New Zealand.

Australia

In line with Government advisement, our stores remain closed, until that advice changes and it is safe to reopen.

Of course, we will keep a close eye on things, and will get back to you with any changes or developments.

We will do everything we can to continue to serve the needs of our customers by keeping PUMA.com open and available.

New Zealand

In line with Government regulations, all of our stores remain closed, until these restrictions are lifted and it is safe to reopen.

We are here for you online, at nz.puma.com and we are still able to deliver your parcels to you. We just ask that you allow an extra 1-3 days to receive your delivery.

Our courier partners are now operating a contactless delivery service, so no signatures will be required for delivery to minimise social contact.

As for returns, we are extending our 50 day return policy, to make sure you can still get refunds on your goods when Government restrictions are lifted. We will get in contact with you at a future date with all the information you will need in case you need to return an item.
